A top tip when using the Dash is to take kinesiology tape with you on holiday. Trips to hot, sweaty and busy destinations, along with dips in the pool or hot tub can have a deleterious effect on pump adhesion. Applying a layer of kinesiology tape such as Rock tape will add extra security to the pump to avoid early detachment. You can also buy Omnipod Adhesive Patches from 3rd party suppliers. In the USA you can buy PodPals direct from Omnipod but they are not yet available in other countries.

Help needed pls. We love the closed loop with the Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 but the sticky on the Omnipod 5 makes my daughter’s skin flare up terribly. She has raw sore patches wherever an omnipod has been. Any advice gratefully received.
